We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. For some strange reason, this piece makes me think of shamanic ayahuasca usage, even though it's a vine... Apparently, the ayahuasca brew, consumed under the guidance of such persons, is a catalyst to interdimensional communion with plant spirits, which oftentimes appear as, scintillating, rainbow-coloured serpents...
